West and East Africa: Microsoft and GreenHouse Labs have partnered to launch Microsoft Scale Up Accelerator, a program for startups that are pre-series A and are looking to launch in new markets. The Baobab Network is taking applications from early-stage startups for its sector agnostic technology accelerator. The Baobab Network offers startups $25,000 in funding and two years of tailored support in exchange for 10% equity. Apply here.

The ShEquity Business Accelerator is taking applications for the second cohort of its 16-week program focused on enabling female-led and owned businesses achieve investment readiness. Standout businesses will be recommended to the ShEquity investment team for seed funding consideration ranging between $50,000 to $250,000. Apply here.

The annual Africa Business Heroes competition is accepting applications from African entrepreneurs making a difference by working to solve the most pressing problems, and building a more sustainable and inclusive economy for the future. Applications are open to entrepreneurs from all African countries, all sectors, and all ages who operate businesses formally registered and headquartered in an African country and have a 3-year track record.
