Geographic-specific opportunities

Morocco: Boost’in Africa 2026 by Impact Lab, in partnership with Tamwilcom, is accepting applications from growth-stage Moroccan startups that have a minimum viable product. Selected startups will receive personalized coaching, access to a network of international experts and investors, and can apply for loans of up to ~$50,000, extendable to ~$80,000 for patent-holding innovations. Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, South Africa, and Zambia: The Village Capital Women in Tech Accelerator 2026, backed by the Standard Chartered Foundation, is accepting applications from women-led, tech-enabled startups in select African markets. Selected founders will receive skills training, mentorship, investment-readiness support, and compete for a share of $600,000+ in grant funding. Applications are managed by local partners in each country. Pan-African opportunities 

M Ventures, an initiative by the UN’s Sanitation and Hygiene Fund, is accepting applications from menstrual health-focused enterprises in West Africa. Selected enterprises receive up to $30,000 in catalytic funding, training, technical assistance, and market support. Apply here.
Deadline: 1 June 2026 

The Cascador ScaleUp Program 2026 is accepting applications from growth-stage founders in Sub-Saharan Africa (with preference for Nigeria-based ventures). Eligible companies must have been operating for at least 2 years and generating at least ~$70,000 in annual revenue. Selected ventures will receive bespoke advisory support, and a clear pathway to capital through the Cascador Catalytic Fund, which deploys up to $5 million annually. TiE Women 2026 is accepting applications from women-founded or co-founded early-stage startups. The grand finalist will receive a $50,000 equity-free grant at the TiE Global Summit 2026, alongside mentorship, investor access, and workshops across 60+ TiE chapters. Female co-founders must hold at least 33% equity, and companies must be registered after 1 January 2019. Apply here.

The Cartier Women’s Initiative 2027 is accepting applications from women-led, impact-driven businesses. 30 fellows will be selected across 10 award categories, with grants of $100,000 for first place and $60,000 for second-place awardees per category, alongside a year-long fellowship including INSEAD training, coaching, and global network access. Eligible applicants must lead a for-profit, women-owned business that has been generating revenue for at least 1 year, operating for 1–6 years, and raised no more than $2 million in dilutive funding. SLINGSHOT 2026 is accepting applications from deep tech startups globally for its 10th-anniversary pitching competition. The grand winner will receive a ~$300,000 grant prize, with runner-up prizes of ~$225,000 and ~$150,000. More information is available here
